Frank has over 30 years of experience in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions and in title insurance law. Frank’s practice includes assisting clients in the acquisition, development, disposition, financing and leasing of both improved and unimproved real estate, including shopping centers, office buildings, industrial parks, mixed-use developments and even a spring training facility for a major league baseball team. He has represented a variety of commercial real estate clients, including a national quick service restaurant chain, national big box retailers, regional shopping center developers and commercial real estate lenders. Additionally, Frank has worked as in-house counsel for a national title insurance company and, as such, has extensive knowledge in title insurance law, which he utilizes on behalf of both his commercial real estate and title insurance company clients.

In his free time, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife, Richelle, their two teenage sons, four dogs and two horses.
