Joseph is a civil litigator who focuses his practice on advising and representing clients regarding business, construction, land use, and property matters. He has represented a variety of clients across North Carolina, ranging from small businesses, manufacturers, and property owners to physicians, hospitals, medical practices, and nursing homes. In addition to his courtroom experience, Joseph has advised clients on matters before administrative, municipal, and regulatory agencies including county governance boards, the North Carolina Medical Board, the North Carolina Board of Nursing, and the State Board of Dental Examiners.

A native of Angier, Joseph graduated from Davidson College in 2006 with a degree in political science, and in 2009 he obtained his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. Before joining Adams Howell, Joseph concentrated his practice on defending medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases and advising clients on discovery disputes in complex litigation.
