Sarah Friede is a seasoned attorney and title practitioner who possesses the experience, judgment, and meticulous attention to detail necessary to develop a comprehensive picture of a property’s history and clearly identify any concerns that could delay or impede a transaction.
Concentrating her practice on complex title search review and commercial real estate acquisition and development, Sarah leverages the insights and knowledge she gained working as counsel for several North Carolina title insurance companies, where she did both residential and commercial underwriting and structured build-to-suit and reverse Section 1031 like-kind exchanges. While there are few title issues she hasn’t seen in her decades of practice, Sarah understands that every parcel is unique and requires the same level of focus and diligence. Her relentless perfectionism makes Sarah particularly well-suited to her work and forms the foundation of her consistently impeccable work product.
Sarah’s experience in private practice also includes working on behalf of a regional grocery store chain, several of the largest solar developers in the United States, large-scale single-family residential developers, governmental entities, as well as small business owners, commercial landlords, and tenants.
