A seasoned, business-minded commercial real estate practitioner, Nikhil (Nik) Vyas not only understands how to efficiently and conclusively consummate transactions, but he also appreciates what clients need and expect from their counsel. Nik matches his substantive knowledge and dealmaking acumen with accessibility, responsiveness, and representation tailored to each client’s priorities, needs, desired communication style, and level of engagement.

At Adams | Howell, Nik focuses his practice on representing buyers and sellers in commercial real estate transactions ranging in complexity, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing of undeveloped land, multi-family and mixed-use developments, retail shopping centers, outparcels, and franchised hotels. He has worked extensively in the representation of both landlords and tenants and serves as counsel to developers, investors, lenders, and other real estate professionals.

Nik’s clear, concise guidance and reliable responsiveness provide his clients with the information they need when they need it in a streamlined and digestible format. He spends the time to fully understand what his clients want out of a transaction and how they want him to achieve their goals. This approach allows him to develop strategies squarely focused on protecting their interests and advancing their objectives.

Nik laid the foundation for his real estate practice while working at a high-volume real estate law firm at the beginning of his legal career. He continued to expand the depth and breadth of his commercial real estate experience during the near decade he spent running his own solo firm before joining Adams | Howell in 2025. After running a full business cycle of his own, his prudent advice also extends to small businesses which he serves in an outside general counsel role.
