Melissa counsels clients in all stages of commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining Adams Howell, Melissa spent 9 years as in-house counsel for one of the largest independent wireless tower companies in the U.S., during which she managed due diligence, negotiated and drafted closing documents; advised and implemented risk management solutions, and closed transactions valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
