Mark initially joined Adams | Howell in April 2022, focusing on the certification of title in real estate transactions and on the acquisition and disposition of real property, both residential and commercial. Since then, Mark has made large commercial real estate transactions the centerpiece of his practice, examining title and conducting commercial closings for both institutional and individual clients. He has played an indispensable role
in hundreds of transactions, negotiating and drafting contracts and agreements, and searching and certifying title.
A natural multitasker, Mark consistently seeks better ways to serve his clients. He has leveraged his years of experience to develop and implement streamlined processes and workflows that deliver seamless collaboration among relevant constituencies and facilitate more efficient and cost-effective closings.
