Strongly rooted in Raleigh, Grayson is the great grandson of one of Raleigh’s own Justices of the Peace, Kenneth Holmes Oakley. Grayson graduated Campbell University summa cum laude with a degree in Trust & Wealth Management and Financial Planning. At Campbell, Grayson was active in Student Government where he was very influential in creating a greener campus: recycling bins in dorms and more campus bike racks.
Grayson also completed his legal education at Campbell University. At law school, Grayson served as a Scholar for the Legal Research and Writing Department, working with a panel of other Scholars and Professors to develop the advocacy and research skills of first year students. Grayson also managed the finances of Campbell Business Law Association as its Treasurer. Grayson was recognized as an outstanding student by Who’s Who Among Student’s in American Universities & Colleges for academic achievement, community service, and leadership.
Out of the office, Grayson enjoys attending Victory Baptist Church, reading, and spending time outdoors with family.
